Description

You will help define the next generation of our developer platform, designing and implementing secure, scalable APIs that enable hundreds of engineers. You'll dive deep into our current platform, identify pain points, and build a unified developer experience using modern technologies like Go, Python, Kubernetes, and Backstage.

Requirements

• Strong experience with IDP/DevEx fundamentals and infrastructure platform services
• Deep proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools at large scale
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, and modern communication protocols like Kafka, REST, GraphQL, gRPC
• Ability to work with multiple engineering teams and leaders on a shared initiative
• Commitment to continuous learning and adopting AI tools

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new architecture for the developer platform supporting scalability and operational excellence
• Write high-quality, production-ready code in Go and Python
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and leadership teams
• Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks for a robust developer platform
