💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical backbone of our Alliances organization, supporting Systems Integrators and ISV partners in deploying and integrating PolyAI's voice AI platform into enterprise environments. You'll ensure customer value realization through partner-led engagements and lead the adoption of AI tooling across the GTM organization. This role combines partner enablement, integration architecture, and forward-looking AI automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide architectural guidance and escalation support for SI deployments
• Develop technical enablement materials and certification programs for partners
• Support ISV partners in integrating PolyAI into their products
• Lead AI tooling adoption across Alliances and GTM organization

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in solutions engineering or partner engineering
• Strong technical architecture skills in telephony, CCaaS, CRM, and API systems
• Experience enabling technical partners with enablement programs or reference architectures
• Familiarity with AI and voice technologies like conversational AI and NLP/NLU
