You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets. This role offers a chance to work with fellow fans and pop culture merchandise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
