🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
• Conduct business process reviews and requirements-gathering sessions
• Architect solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning components
• Design contact center workflows, including routing and AI-enabled enhancements

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven experience designing contact center or customer service solutions
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, Lightning Experience, and Flows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integration
• Salesforce certifications
• Exposure to VOIP technologies (SIP, WebRTC)
