  • Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
  • Conduct business process reviews and requirements-gathering sessions
  • Architect solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning components
  • Design contact center workflows, including routing and AI-enabled enhancements

  • 3โ€“5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proven experience designing contact center or customer service solutions
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, Lightning Experience, and Flows
