You'll manage a portfolio of high-profile Aviation projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. This hybrid role at Newark Airport combines on-site and remote work with leadership in a dynamic AEC environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day construction project planning and execution.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Conduct site supervision and QA/QC observations.
• Manage stakeholder coordination and resolve conflicts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive project management in AEC.
• Experience in all project life cycle phases including design and cost controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
