You'll drive net-new revenue by convincing top real estate agents to join Compass, selling our technology and marketing platform. Your core impact is directly influencing agents to leave their current brokerage, with each deal averaging $200k-$3M+. This role offers direct decision-maker engagement and a refreshingly humanized sales process.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and target top-producing real estate agents
- Deliver compelling sales presentations on Compass value proposition
- Negotiate and close agent acquisition deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key prospects
๐ Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. with 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and glass-half-full mentality
- Self-starter attitude with ability to solve problems without supervision
- Excellent communication skills for client meetings and presentations
