Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. You'll build meaningful relationships, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document care, with flexible scheduling and support.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Provide hands-on care to one client per shift
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
