You'll join the Customer Support team at Datavant, processing medical record requests and resolving release of information issues. You'll handle calls and inquiries from patients, insurers, and attorneys, ensuring accurate and timely responses. This fully remote role offers a supportive, remote-first environment in the healthcare data space.

  • Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in software systems.
  • Meet and maintain department productivity and quality assurance expectations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system.
  • Computer proficiency: MS-Office at intermediate/advanced level.
  • Ability to pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with 85%+ score.

  • Experience in data entry, medical records, health care, insurance claims processing or proofreading.
  • One year of MS-Office experience.
