🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze sales incentive plans and monitor performance against targets
• Forecast commercial expenses including headcount and commissions
• Support pricing strategy through financial modeling of revenue impacts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 2-4 years of corporate finance or FP&A experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) or ERP (NetSuite, Oracle)
