As an Associate Technical Account Manager on the Auth0 platform, you will serve as a trusted identity coach for a portfolio of well-known brands. You'll build close relationships with technical stakeholders, learn their business and goals, and guide them to achieve objectives through technical guidance, best practices, and strategic planning. This role is an opportunity to drive long-term customer success and shape identity solutions for top companies.

Requirements

• 3+ years IT experience with BS degree or equivalent
• Native Japanese proficiency and English communication skills
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud services adoption
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
