🎯 What You'll Do
- Hire, onboard, and coach 6-8 Account Executives
- Coach AEs on opportunities using sales acumen and financial services knowledge
- Act as executive on sales calls to close deals
- Develop pipeline generation initiatives with cross-functional teams
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology / SaaS sales
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams
- Proven success in financial services selling to banks, credit unions, fintech
- Experience in usage/volume-based data solution sales
