💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the central command authority for real-time autonomous vehicle operations, ensuring safe and scalable performance. You'll synthesize telemetry and incident signals to make high-stakes decisions under ambiguity, directly enabling Motional's expansion of driverless services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor live fleet telemetry and identify anomalies
• Manage Operational Design Domain constraints in real time
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of non-nominal events
• Dispatch field support requests and manage SLA adherence
• Coordinate with first responders during active incidents

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in real-time operations or command-and-control environments
• Experience with incident command systems or emergency response frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or Logistics
• Proficiency with operational tools and dashboards for live monitoring

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in autonomous vehicle operations
• Familiarity with ODD frameworks and geospatial decision-making
• Experience managing field operations or dispatch logistics
