💼 About This Role

You'll lead Serval's internal IT function and serve as a product partner to shape the ITSM platform. Half your week runs IT at scale; the other half meets customers and defines the roadmap. This hybrid role offers rare influence over both operations and product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy, architecture, and execution of IT (identity, endpoint, SaaS governance)
• Run Serval's ITSM platform as primary workflow system for all IT operations
• Partner with product and engineering on roadmap shaping and feature feedback
• Represent Serval externally with customers, events, and community engagement

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering and operations with 3+ years in a Director or Head of IT role
• Built and scaled IT organizations from early stage through significant growth
• Hands-on expertise with Okta, SAML, SCIM, RBAC, endpoint management (macOS, Kandji), and ITSM platforms
• Automation-first systems thinker replacing manual toil with scalable workflows
