🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions on skill-building.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to optimize outreach.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 2 years managing a Business Development team.
  • Documented history of exceeding team quotas in high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in AI-enhanced sales tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Deep tactical expertise in multi-channel prospecting including cold calling and social selling.
