🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions on skill-building.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to optimize outreach.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
📋 Requirements
- At least 2 years managing a Business Development team.
- Documented history of exceeding team quotas in high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in AI-enhanced sales tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Deep tactical expertise in multi-channel prospecting including cold calling and social selling.
