Description

You will provide personalized, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions in a fully remote telehealth setting. You'll have time to listen and educate, supported by structured onboarding and a collaborative clinical team. This role is mission-driven to close the gender health gap in an underserved area of women's healthcare.

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions through telehealth appointments
• Listen, educate, and personalize care plans during quality visits
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways for hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders for comprehensive patient support
