📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in facilities or residential maintenance
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Advanced skill in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair

• Exposure to central plant, split systems, boilers, chillers
