You'll architect and ship the IoT core that powers millions of Verkada devices, leading platform features end-to-end. Your work will enable enterprise customers with consistency, latency, and uptime guarantees while collaborating across teams to shape the roadmap. You'll teach through design and code reviews in a high-trust, inclusive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead major platform features end-to-end.
• Lead operational improvements for system robustness.
• Teach through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Drive the platform's roadmap with cross-team alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building backend services at scale.
• Fluency in Python or Go; also Ruby or Node.js.
• Skilled at listening to other teams and shaping shared direction.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency for FedRAMP.
