Requirements

• High school or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family preferred
• Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft preferred
• Valid driver's license; CAM, CAPS, real estate license preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Conduct inspections to maintain curb appeal and quality
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies
• Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan resident events
