💼 About This Role

You'll own the Zendesk platform for a fast-growing cannabis tech company, enabling high-quality customer support data. You'll partner with the VP of Customer Support and Director of Data Engineering to deliver high-impact automations and AI enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Zendesk triggers, automations, macros, and routing logic
• Ensure proper ticket structuring and field mapping from support forms
• Build and maintain webhooks and API-based integrations
• Lead setup and optimization of Zendesk AI agent

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Support platform administration (Zendesk preferred)
• Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Experience maintaining or building CRM integrations
• Strong documentation habits and systematic troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Workato)
• Familiarity with scripting or basic coding (JavaScript, Python)
• Prior exposure to AI agent platforms (Zendesk AI, OpenAI)
