You'll lead a team of 10+ inside sales representatives, driving performance through coaching and strategy. Your core impact is minimizing delinquency and maximizing collections while fostering team growth. This role offers direct supervisory authority and a chance to shape department procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Directly supervise 10+ employees including staffing and performance evaluations
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions based on scorecards and observations
• Handle escalated calls and disputes while maintaining professionalism
• Set departmental goals and manage daily work schedules

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business applications
