Description

You will support the day-to-day operational needs of sales and trading desks, working closely with traders, sales teams, and clearing firms to ensure smooth ETF trading operations. You'll identify and resolve trade failures, improve operational workflows, and collaborate with global teams to support the firm's growth.

Requirements

• Knowledge of European ETF market
• Prior experience in a trading operations role
• Proficient in Excel (including VBA), Python, and SQL
• Familiarity with Linux a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and action trades that may fail to match, fail to deliver, or be at risk of buy in
• Recommend solutions to traders and sales to cover fails and buy in risk
• Identify and improve inefficiencies in operational systems
• Build scalable workflows for equity clearing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Liaise with global teams to support operational needs for trading strategy growth
