You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects, from proposal through closeout, serving as the primary client contact and managing budgets, schedules, and risk. Your work will enhance infrastructure and communities across the country.

Requirements

• 12+ years progressive project management experience in AEC industry including significant alternative delivery projects
• Proven success managing infrastructure or transportation projects
• Understanding of alternative delivery models (Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, P3)
• Strong business development and client engagement skills
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities
• PE License in Tennessee required or ability to obtain within first 3 months
• DBIA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through full lifecycle of alternative delivery projects (proposal, procurement, design, construction, closeout)
• Serve as primary point of contact with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement strategies, teaming agreements, and pursuit efforts (RFQs/RFPs, ATCs, interviews)
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers
• Foster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and public agencies
• Assist in guiding internal teams on alternative delivery best practices, contract mechanisms, and compliance
• Identify and implement innovative delivery solutions to enhance project value and efficiency
• Coordinate with Director of Alternative Delivery on tasks and other assigned duties
