💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping train new team members and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and assist with store merchandising.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products with store equipment.
• Able to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
