💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to close complex enterprise deals by scoping, prototyping, and delivering custom technical solutions. As a key member of a small, high-impact team backed by A16Z and YCombinator, you'll work directly with the CEO to turn one-off custom work into productized capabilities. You'll reduce friction in the sales process by building prototypes and translating customer needs into practical technical solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with AEs on complex enterprise deals from discovery to close
• Lead deep technical discovery for documentation workflows
• Design and build custom demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development experience (React, Node.js, APIs, databases)
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks)
• Experience with enterprise RFPs, security reviews, or procurement processes
