Description

You will provide process support and troubleshooting at client sites, develop and improve processes on ASM tool sets, and collaborate with business units to meet customer needs. Your role involves evaluating customer requirements, managing new product installations, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in an Engineering discipline
• 3+ years technical experience in semiconductor or capital equipment industry
• Proven success building collaborative partnerships with customers
• Strong industry experience managing teams supporting complex instrumentation
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand customer needs and opportunities
• Develop and maintain technical information for stakeholders
• Drive new product penetration installation and process development
• Define project scope and resource planning with BU
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience
