You'll lead logistics capacity planning for last mile and middle mile operations at Coupang Taiwan, executing daily and monthly manpower and asset plans. Your work will drive operational efficiency through data-driven workforce analysis and route optimization.

• Lead execution of capacity planning models for last mile logistics.
• Own daily and monthly manpower and asset planning processes.
• Analyze driver performance and cost models to optimize efficiency.
• Drive improvement of workforce planning tools for forecasting accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in logistics last mile and middle mile.
• Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau, SQL/Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in planning and project management.
