You'll provide skilled in-home physical therapy to help patients regain independence and prevent disability after illness or injury. You'll develop care plans and coordinate with physicians to ensure quality care. This role offers autonomy and flexible scheduling within a supportive team.

• Evaluate and report patient progress

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources
