📋 Requirements

• Analytical mindset and data fluency
• Deep tech industry knowledge especially startups
• Strong written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or LinkedIn Recruiter
• Comfort with AI tools
• Experience at growth stage startups
