- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Analytical mindset and data fluency
- Deep tech industry knowledge especially startups
- Strong written communication skills

- Experience with Ashby or LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfort with AI tools
- Experience at growth stage startups
