Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- French fluency and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven creative skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in marketing, communications, or PR (internship or student projects).
- Sensitivity to creative, brand, and media environments.
- Solid project management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Versatile, proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Comfortable with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).
Responsibilities
- Support operational execution of Local Programs & Partnerships, acting as day-to-day contact for media agency.
- Help execute creative strategy and coordinate with internal creative teams and agency.
- Coordinate with Community team to identify hosts and listings for campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and internal clearances.
- Help with contracts and administrative follow-ups.
- Supervise production, attend shooting, manage schedules and logistics.
- Organize creative reviews and approvals.
- Help on day-to-day execution of always-on campaigns for guests and hosts.
- Participate in creative localization for France.
- Attend recording sessions of spots.
- Partner with media team to determine weekly TV/OTT media rotations.
- Analyze creative and media performances and formulate recommendations.
- Help execute Audio strategy for France.
- Monitor competitors and market best practices in France, Belgium, and Netherlands.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Support team in streamlining processes and building tools.
- Collect campaign results and key metrics, consolidate data into reports.
- Highlight learnings and formulate actionable recommendations.
