Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • French fluency and professional proficiency in English.
  • Proven creative skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in marketing, communications, or PR (internship or student projects).
  • Sensitivity to creative, brand, and media environments.
  • Solid project management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Versatile, proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail).

Responsibilities

  • Support operational execution of Local Programs & Partnerships, acting as day-to-day contact for media agency.
  • Help execute creative strategy and coordinate with internal creative teams and agency.
  • Coordinate with Community team to identify hosts and listings for campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and internal clearances.
  • Help with contracts and administrative follow-ups.
  • Supervise production, attend shooting, manage schedules and logistics.
  • Organize creative reviews and approvals.
  • Help on day-to-day execution of always-on campaigns for guests and hosts.
  • Participate in creative localization for France.
  • Attend recording sessions of spots.
  • Partner with media team to determine weekly TV/OTT media rotations.
  • Analyze creative and media performances and formulate recommendations.
  • Help execute Audio strategy for France.
  • Monitor competitors and market best practices in France, Belgium, and Netherlands.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Support team in streamlining processes and building tools.
  • Collect campaign results and key metrics, consolidate data into reports.
  • Highlight learnings and formulate actionable recommendations.
