💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and build of SWIFT connectivity for institutional digital asset settlement across cross-border payment workflows. You'll own integration of MT and ISO 20022 messaging with banking partners. This role offers hands-on exposure to regulated financial infrastructure at a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 message integration with engineering teams.
• Translate banking and treasury requirements into product specs and workflow diagrams.
• Coordinate testing and certification with external banks and service providers.
• Monitor operational performance and drive improvements via data analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, payments operations, or banking technology.
• SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messaging standards knowledge.
• Cross-border correspondent banking flows understanding including nostro/vostro.
• Working with SQL or Excel to analyze settlement activity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting SWIFT integrations or ISO 20022 migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with BIC codes, RMA relationships, and bank certification testing.
• Exposure to digital asset settlement, blockchain, or tokenized money.
