You'll support candidates and staffers by ensuring timely follow-ups, clean documentation, and accurate platform management. You'll own candidate assessments, offer letters, and staffer onboarding, working side-by-side with Talent Partners. This entry-level role offers a clear path to grow into a Talent Partner role.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Follow up on candidate assessments and profile preparation.
  • Prepare and send Job Offer letters and Independent Contractor Agreements.
  • Manage staffer onboarding requirements and check-in invites.
  • Conduct candidate portal audits for accuracy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and dependable with strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional written communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Commit to a 9amโ€“5pm EST schedule.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Notion, Sprout, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with an ATS like Ashby.
  • Background in recruitment coordination or HR admin.
