💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily cash operations at our premium agency, ensuring accurate cash management and reconciliation. Your work will directly support our mission of making Africa cashless by enabling reliable financial services. This role is based in Gao or Tombouctou and offers a competitive salary with generous benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage cash in/out between Safe and PCA accounts
• Hold end-of-day bill counting and produce statements
• Ensure correct recording of cash transactions in treasury system
• Promptly request funds for agent/client rebalancing

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cash management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
• Strong proficiency in French
• Previous experience in front-office customer service or banking

• Knowledge of Wave products
• English language proficiency
• Local language (Bamanakan or Soninke)
