💼 About This Role

You'll lead the commercial strategy and launch execution for oncology products in France, building the local organization from the ground up. You'll drive alignment across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other functions to deliver breakthrough treatments to patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a first-in-country build-out within a late-stage biotech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Commercial Lead for France, accountable for local strategy and performance.
• Develop and execute country-level brand and portfolio plans across launch phases.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning for the country.
• Build, lead, and develop the country commercial organization as the business scales.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience.
• Significant oncology commercial leadership at country level.
• Proven track record of successful oncology product launches in France.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD).
