💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers at an industry leader in consumer finance, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. You'll learn all aspects of the business to provide tailored financial products. This role offers fast-track advancement with consistent internal promotions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person at the branch
• Provide financial products to meet individual needs
• Learn all aspects of the title, payday and signature loan business

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year conducting Phone Sales or Call Center Experience
• 1+ years Customer Service, Sales, Lending, or Collections experience
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays

• Fluent in English and Spanish
