🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain inventory cost accounting policies and systems
• Lead cost accounting close process and variance analysis
• Prepare COGS, gross margin, and product costing analysis
• Administer physical and cycle count programs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive cost accounting in manufacturing
• Standard costing experience in complex manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of FAR/CAS government contracting cost principles
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle, SAP)

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CMA certification
• Big Four accounting experience
