💼 About This Role

You'll join Orca Bio, a late-stage biotech company developing next-generation cell therapies. You'll build, support, and optimize IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. This role offers the chance to drive automation and security in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, deploy, and configure servers, storage, networks, and cloud applications.
• Monitor system performance and apply updates, patches, and maintenance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
• Implement security protocols and perform audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve system performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT Systems Administration experience.
• Experience with corporate data/knowledge management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in biotech, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Okta Application Integrations and infrastructure automation.
