💼 About This Role

You'll support affiliate marketing programs for HelloFresh, Factor, Green Chef, and Everyplate, driving profitable revenue growth through partner management and optimization. You'll analyze data to find opportunities and improve campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day operations of affiliate partnerships
• Monitor partner performance using internal and external dashboards
• Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate publishers
• Respond to affiliate inquiries and troubleshoot issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., impact)

• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Knowledge of key marketing metrics (CAC, CLV, CPA, etc.)
