💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and execution of ARQ's company-wide operating system, building the KPI platform that founders and departments use to run the business. You'll work directly with founders and engineers to ship internal tools end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system.
• Ship the company-wide KPI platform for founders and departments.
• Build employee directory with profiles, org chart, and HR integration.
• Drive department leads to define and report against KPIs.
• Partner with engineering on schema and architecture decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years overall experience with 2+ years at a top technology company.
• A founder's mindset and ability to build from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks or dashboards.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
