💼 About This Role

You'll join Dropbox's GRC team to mature risk management and AI governance programs. Your work will enable thoughtful, risk-informed decisions across security, privacy, engineering, and product. This cross-functional role offers broad exposure to enterprise risk, AI governance, and business resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve GRC programs including risk assessments and audit readiness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and reduce risks
• Drive risk reduction projects and coordinate compliance engagements
• Support AI governance framework and business resilience programs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in risk, governance, compliance, or related programs
• Experience at a publicly traded, fast-paced SaaS company
• Knowledge of FAIR quantitative risk methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing, security, and SaaS environments

✨ Nice to Have

• AI governance professional (AIGP) or CIPP certification
• Deep subject matter knowledge in AI governance, security, or privacy risk
