💼 About This Role

You'll lead client platform engineering for Aurora's autonomous driving fleet, designing scalable solutions for Mac, Windows, and Linux devices. You'll drive automation and security hardening to enable safe self-driving technology deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide the approach and execution of the Client Platform Engineering Team
• Design and implement scalable solutions for physical and virtual client platforms
• Partner with IT Support, InfoSec, and Developer Experience on platform management
• Handle escalations from IT Support with mentoring focus
• Participate in the Enterprise SRE 24/7 on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Client Platform engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering solutions at scale
• Expertise with client device lifecycle management across multiple OS and hardware
• Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux system administration
• Experience deploying configuration management tools (Intune, Kandji, Puppet, Ansible, Chef)

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with containerized workflows (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with SRE concepts (SLIs, SLOs, incident response)
