💼 About This Role

You'll manage virtual legal proceedings as a Notary Public for Filevine's legal technology platform. You'll ensure accurate audio/video records, collaborate with court reporters, and handle administrative tasks. This role is fully remote with flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close audio/video records with read-ons and read-offs
• Manage Zoom environment including breakout rooms and screen sharing
• Administer oaths for remote proceedings
• Track event results and close administrative scripts

📋 Requirements

• Active Notary Public commission in California
• Technological proficiency with Zoom features
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Ability to work 9 AM to 5 PM PT
