Description

You will lead and drive the product strategy and roadmap across MongoDB's developer tooling portfolio, including Compass, mongosh, Atlas CLI, IDE integrations, language drivers, and AI framework support. You'll manage a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless developer experience that fosters developer love for MongoDB.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management or engineering experience with management of product teams and managers
• Track record of shipping complex technical products and coaching others
• Deep technical credibility in client libraries, network protocols, distributed systems, and developer tooling
• Experience building products for developers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing product team, including managers of managers
• Define and own coherent vision across a broad portfolio of developer tools and libraries
• Set goals, track metrics, and drive outcomes through data-informed decisions
• Champion AI as a first-class capability in developer tooling
• Drive go-to-market strategy and represent Developer Experience to executive leadership
