• Analyze VA claim payments using EnableComp's proprietary software
• Research and submit medical records with claims to VA or TriWest
• Conduct telephone follow-up with payers for prompt reimbursement
• Prepare initial bill packets or appeal letters with supporting documents

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in healthcare billing or collections
• 2+ years client-facing/customer service experience
• 1+ years VA billing and collections experience
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing

• Other complex claims experience a plus
