You'll provide IT support and maintain office systems, ensuring efficient operation of hardware and software. You'll handle procurement, coordinate with vendors, and support network infrastructure. Lalamove is a unicorn logistics platform with global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and support office user workstations and IT equipment
• Handle procurement of IT equipment per ISO Audit Standard
• Coordinate and maintain office meeting rooms and AV systems
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and coordinate with network team

📋 Requirements

• Degree or certificate in Information Technology or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in IT Technical Support and System Administration
• Experience in Networking (Firewall, Core/Access Switching)
• Basic knowledge of IT Server/Comms Room Infrastructure and Structured Cabling

✨ Nice to Have

• CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or MCITP certification
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience in AV VC System concept and troubleshooting
