Description

You will lead business development and provider recruitment to expand NeueHealth's value-based care network, driving strategic growth through market assessment, provider engagement, and contract execution. This hybrid role in Doral, FL reports to the VP of Business Development.

Requirements

• Strong healthcare business development experience.
• Deep relationship-building capabilities with physicians and practice leadership.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models.
• Experience in provider recruitment and contract negotiation.
• Leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand network of independent primary care providers in value-based contracts.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across Medicare ACOs, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and ACA Marketplace.
• Lead consultative engagement with independent physician practices through the full business development lifecycle.
• Develop provider partnership structures including incentive alignment and financial projections.
• Manage and develop a team of Associates, overseeing pipeline management and achieving recruitment targets.
