You will lead large-scale deployments of Asana for enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor and change management expert. You'll coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption while providing customer feedback to the product team.

• 5+ years in customer-facing consulting roles, ideally in consulting firm
• Experience with complex enterprise projects

• Develop tailored engagement scopes for complex customer processes
• Lead program management for large deployments, coordinating workstreams and dependencies
