Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with plan to certify before start
• State licensed in Texas before start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate via daily huddles with in-office teammates and virtual teams
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
