Description

You will bridge UX design and code development, collaborating closely with designers and engineers to deliver polished, user-centric web experiences. You'll create front-end prototypes, analyze UX problems, and ensure attention to detail in every shipped feature.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development with HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript focused on UI
• 3+ years in technical, UX, or design environments with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Illustrator
• Experience with design systems such as Google Material or IBM Cobalt
• Skilled in code-based prototypes and technical documentation for component creation
• Proficient in accessibility coding standards (A-AA) and Git/GitHub

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and engineers to deliver user-centric web experiences
• Create innovative front-end prototypes using latest technologies
• Analyze ambiguous UX problems and break down complex issues into actionable solutions
• Refine features until complete, polished, and ready to ship
• Mitigate UI risks early in development and explore product concepts addressing user and business needs
