💼 About This Role
You'll lead sales performance and dealer relationship building for energy services at Woven City, Toyota's mobility test course. You'll drive commercial KPIs and collaborate across product, finance, and marketing to shape competitive offerings. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with field visits.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage sales pipeline and commercial KPIs for energy services via dealer channels.
- Build relationships with dealer presidents, sales managers, and staff.
- Collaborate on product, pricing, and campaign design for competitiveness and profitability.
- Support dealers' entire sales process from lead generation to handover to delivery team.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 7+ years of sales/account management/business development in energy, construction, mobility, or infrastructure.
- Experience managing dealer/channel networks with sales targets and pipeline ownership.
- Experience building commercial offers (pricing, packaging, incentives) balancing value, feasibility, and profitability.

- Experience launching new services/products (sales process, tools, KPI design).
- Knowledge of EV, home energy management, or electricity business models.
- Experience working in a large Japanese company with internal processes and governance.
