You'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles at a privacy-first healthcare data platform. You'll build pipelines through outbound sourcing and partner with hiring managers to improve hiring processes.   • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles from intake to close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes and interview plans
  • Build and maintain outbound and inbound pipelines for core roles
  • Monitor pipeline metrics and adjust sourcing strategy based on data

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build outbound sourcing plans in competitive markets
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills including intake and calibration
  • Data-driven approach using funnel and pipeline metrics to guide decisions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting within MarTech industry
  • Experience recruiting Software Engineers at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with Ashby ATS
